The Amstrad Mega PC was a fusion of a 386sx PC and a Sega Megadrive.  It could be used in either mode by sliding a cover on the front of the machine.

When operating in PC mode the 3.5" FDD was accessible and when operating in Megadrive mode the Cartridge slot and game controller ports were accessible.
