Amstrad

Amstrad produced home computers starting in 1984. The models they released were:

  • CPC464
  • CPC664
  • CPC6128
  • PCW8256
  • PCW8512
  • CPC464+
  • CPC6128+

Here are some wiring diagrams of projects for Amstrad home computers:

  • CPC to SCART lead - To connect an Amstrad CPC computer to to TV via the TVs SCART connector.
  • CPC tape lead - To connect an Amstrad CPC 664 or 6128 to a tape deck.
  • Joystick splitter - To connect 2 non-Amstrad joysticks to the single joystick port on CPC computers.
  • Parallel port data cable - To connect an Amstrad CPC computer to a PC via the printer ports in order to transfer data.
